Job Position: Human Resources (HR) Role Description: In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions within Totomi. Your primary focus will be on supporting the company's employees, ensuring a positive work environment, and driving HR initiatives that align with the organization's goals and values.

Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  2. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts, providing guidance, support, and resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
  3. Performance Management: Assist in implementing performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and providing feedback to foster employee growth and development.
  4. Training and Development: Coordinate training programs, identify skill gaps, and collaborate with managers to create development plans that enhance employee capabilities and promote career advancement.
  5. Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies, and proactively update HR policies and procedures as needed.
  6. Compensation and Benefits: Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs, including payroll, insurance, and employee benefits enrollment.
  7. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to foster a positive work culture, improve employee morale, and enhance employee engagement.
  8. HR Administration: Maintain accurate HR records, manage employee data, and generate reports as required.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  2. Proven experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
  4. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  5. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  6. Proficiency in HR software and systems.
