Please kindly note and be informed that the color may vary slightly from those displayed by your monitor and due to the manual process and washing effect of the clothes.
And due to a limited edition design, please be informed that small contrast panel detail may come in different color due to limited fabric stock.
In the case of manufacturing fault or defective product, we shall evaluate case to case basis. Kindly email us the photo of the defects for us to evaluate. We will not be responsible for any faulty not caused by us e.g: broken zipper once worn.
Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. You may exchange the product one to one (if available) or (if not available) with another product of the same value. You may choose to exchange with another product of greater value, and you will be charged with the difference of price If the exchanged item is of lesser value, no refunds will be given. Payment of differences must be made within 24 hours once confirmation of exchange is made.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and internal labels must be intact. Postage charge for return & exchange for this reasons will not be covered by our company.
Exchanges can only be made once within 7 days of purchase.
